Lots of things to do this sembreak

I'm really excited for this semester to end! There's just too many school works and I can't do some of the things that I want to do. I can do them during weekends but when you have a lot of things to think about, things from school and work, you just can't concentrate on other things. I plan to start making Christmas cards during the sembreak. They all won't be for personal use, though. I will try to sell some. I will also try to write one literary article to which I will use what I have learned from one of my subjects this semester. And then, I will finally have the time to try a recipe that one myLotter gave me. I'm excited to eat it. lol And I will finally have the time and concentration to learn the dance steps for a song I've been crazy over with for a long time! lol I wish I won't be too busy at work during the sembreak so I can finish these all. ^^ Do you have any plans for the coming month? ^^

You do have quite a lot of plans lined up for your sem break :D Well, work's currently piled up until the end of this year so it's quite hard for me to plan anything but I would love to travel (given the time and money :D)

As long as there's a cheap flight to Ilo-ilo and the time (especially money!) permits, why not?! Lool!!!

Me and my friends have already booked tickets actually. ^^ We'll be attending our friends' wedding and at the same time, we'll have fun, too. But I don't think we got the best and cheapest ticket that an airline could offer. .

Good you got so many plans. When I was to be transferred I thought of enrolling again as for me I got the time. In fact I went to the school and made some inquiries but the dean was not around. However my present work entails me to do so many things, like attending to meetings, seminars and to many people to talk too. So I am back to being busy again. But I promised to myself I have to finished my unfinished study within the year. One consolation though is that I will be able to travel again for some observations in one of neighboring country we have. At least I can also find some leisure time and to see other places other than our beautiful place.

Don't forget to bring souvenirs when you get back from your trip! Which country will you be going to?

I've been to Singapore last May. It was an amazing place. It's really clean and organized there. Lots of malls but there are bargain stores, too. You should go to Sentosa, the place is great especially for nature lovers. You have to ride the cable car!

Thanks again. Just in Singapore. I havent been there and I think I will like it there. Right now I am trying to do some readings about the place so I will be more or less familiar. Of course I will be bringing in some souvenirs. But only simple souvenirs. Allowance is limited and besides nothing more to buy.

This is a good time to start on Christmas cards. If I don't finish mine by the end of September it is likely I won't get them done in time. It gets very busy for me around the winter holidays. I am going to participate in my first public golf tournament this month and I go out to practice almost every day as I am sort of a newbie at this sport. I don't expect to win any medals but I want to put on as strong a performance as I can.

Yeah, I guess parents would be excited, too since students will be going home for the vacation. I have classmates who already have plane tickets and I see college students already able to go home because of being exempted from exams.

Actually, we shall be sending her money for her ticket too and her Papa will be getting her ticket for her return . It's good to buy in advance , so she can have the best seats in the air conditioned bus. Plane tickets are so costly, more than double the fare for the air conditioned bus.

I would love to go to the beach, too if I had the chance! But my chance will only come on December. I have to wait for the Christmas break to be able to go to the beach. But your plans sound great! I have never been in a dog show but I know I would love it if I do!!!! Smart dogs are so adorable! Have a wonderful sembreak, too, Sydney!!!

I think that's a great sembreak plan! I have always wanted to meet relatives from my father's side but my parents have been separated for a long, long time and we don't really think about the other side anymore. I remember when we met our relatives from my grandmother's side. It was really fun and I even saw a cousin that looked like an actor.

I don't have any plans really. Just to enjoy the holidays and time off work I get with them. I am not looking forward to the cold weather but Fall is very nice. The leaves are starting to change and they are supposed to be magnificant this year.

We don't have the fall season here but that's one season I would really like to experience! I just think that it's such a romantic season! The falling of the leaves and the gentle wind just sound so sweet and I've seen pictures and I think it's really amazing.
