Hi delilahz..
I did a little research for you and well from what I can find.. the Brook haircut is a male hair style..
However the female version is apparently based on Kelly Brook?... I dont know if this is right..but its the best I could find..

Hi there,
Sorry I can not help you on this matter as I haven't heard of a haircut called Brook.
Just wanted to bump this up as it was getting lost and hopefully someone else will see it and will know what sort of haircut it is.
