Is eating eggs everyday a healthy one?

it depends. you should consult your doctor. you may want to go for diet depending on your blood type...that should be healthy...

thanks for your advice. I don't have time to visit my doctor yet. But as what I've learned, eggs are rich in protein and make our bones stronger and healthy. But some are saying that the cholesterol in eggs can be a problem. Would you know how many eggs is the maximum amount to eat in a week? I am very particular on what to eat, I just wanna make sure it is safe!thanks

1 or 2 can be ok. you can remove the yellow stuff and just cook the white one.

Eggs are one of the best sources of protein, vits and minerals. But if we're talking about Quail eggs, that would be a totally different story. They say that 1 quail egg is equivalent to 3 chicken eggs.

As far as I can remember with my nutrition education, only 3 or 4 eggs (with the egg yolk) a week is considerable (that is for those who don't have any health problem). You could eat as many eggs you like WITHOUT the egg yolk ( yellow part). The egg yolk contain the cholesterol while the egg white contains the protein which I think called "albumin". :)
