Recently Sachin Tendulkar said that the ODI format should be changed to 25 overs per inning ...............I personally feel that it is a great idea because many years back I saw a match called Power cricket played where players from all around the world played and it was very exciting the first innings was of 10 overs and the second innings was of 15 overs ................or maybe we can add a new format???????what do you guys say

ya he have expressed this view earlier also.
it will be a good idea.
this will become more useful in rainy conditions.
where D/L rule spoils the match, but if the overs are having split like this then it will not happen.
so its good opinion from the god of cricket.

This is a not a very new proposal from Sachin. He had made this same proposal some two years ago. It was also tried for one season in the Australian domestic league. The response was not so great. So ICC decided not to go forward with Sachin's proposal.
Cheers!

Well as far as i thinking the proposal mislead the the oDI cricket and there will nothing left in it. Though idea is good that both team will get eual opportunity and toss will have no effect on them. But it sound some little crziness in it as there will be many flaws in the rule. The rule will entirely change the ODI cricket it better be the one and one inning rather than half half inng of two.
