Hi, It is 200% safe actually!Unless you add the details you would not be able to transfer your online earnings accumulated in paypal to your bank account in India.I started my journey with Paypal 3 years ago and so far I have not had any problems. Also add your PAN number and Purpose Code. These are mandatory now.

Hm... I do know when I first joined Paypal I had to add my bank account details in order to be able to transfer money to and from both accounts. I also know there are some Paypal phish sites that ask for your bank account information too. These are the ones you have to be careful with. Let me ask you this: Did you just join Paypal, as in recently? Or have you joined long ago? If you are still uncertain, go to paypal.com. Look at the URL in the address bar when you're on the site. It should contain an "s" at the end of http. It will be https://paypal.com. This is the actual paypal site. There is a contact us link way down at the bottom. You can contact a paypal employee for further help. If you are on the actual paypal website, there shouldn't be a problem with it. I've been on paypal for years and have never been more satisfied with such a service. And not once was my bank account jeopardized. Still, always make sure you are on the correct Paypal website! All others claiming to be paypal may very well not be the legitimate website.

You have to add your bank details to receive money from paypal. Do not worry, it is safe. I have been using paypal for a long time and have had no problems with it.
