What Will You Do If You Fall Out Of Love With The Person You've Married?

Hi,yansky.I am totally agree with your opinion.For me,marriage is not just about love,but also refer to responsibility,promise,respect,concern and so on. "I do!" those two words carry great meaning.Making wedding vows is just like that you sign a contact with god that you will love your partner forever and give him or her all of you.Marriage is obviously a serious step in our life and we should adopt a rational and correct attitude in it.Only in this way can we make sure we have the few chances to find that our partner is not the one most suitable to live with.

I agree that it is also a choice. But there are other people who doesnt know what they did after they have been with their wife/husband for a long time because of some lame reasons. They just do not know what is meant by marriage.

there are many reasons why one falls out of love with his or her partner. even godly individuals are not spared from inadequate or cruel spouses. why would one not fall out of love if she, for example, is beaten black and blue almost everyday? though i do not encourage separation or divorce, i take it that being with someone who does not reciprocate the love given by his wife or husband, is not worth to be loved forever til one stops breathing.

Thats a very good choice. If ill get married, ill choose to love him til I die, as well.:)

life is too short to be wasted...if you fall out of love then be it!!!maybe there's someone out there waiting for you to be loved,whatever consequences it might bring just face it and be strong to handle it...live your life to the fullest we only have one life so don't waste it with the wrong one!!!good luck and god bless

Not all marriages are made in heaven. There is nothing much we can do if love has reached its expiry date? We just can't force ourselves to hang on to a loveless marriage till the end of life as we will torture ourselves living with a person that we can no longer give our best in love. Life is too short to live in miseries. I rather live a detached life than living in a cold relationship.

I sure hope that regardless what does happen, you will be able to stick with your promise and your wife would be able to hold hers as well. It is indeed sad that people would entertain temptations, I know that we're all human and we could be mistaken, but I hope that we would be strong enough to remember our vows and keep temptation far. I am soon settling down and I do hope that we would be one of those lucky couples who grow old together and just be together always. I hope he wouldn't feel the need to look beyond me. I know there will be women who would be more appealing, more interesting and better than what I could be for him. But I hope he would know that I am giving him all of me and not just a part.
