Have you seen green lantern?

I have seen Green Lantern, I didn't like it a bit. It turned out to be the most boring superhero movie I have seen. Ryan Reynolds try to do the role well but the story, the way the film is made doesn't do justice. This movie is better left alone ..

I was planning on watching it, but I read the reviews from IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. They said that it was not that good. I usually like movies with marvel heroes but I decided not to watch it. :)

Hi codris! I was not able to watch Green Lantern at the cinema because I heard some friends say that it was not that good. But I have downloaded it and watched it a few weeks ago. I liked the movie. The actions and special effects were okay but I did not find Ryan Reynolds' acting to be so convincing. I thought he seemed awkward with his role. He did not seem to be the superhero type and when the time came that he realized he wants to save the world, he was not able to convince me with it. Anyway, I will still be looking forward to watching the Avengers movie. Maybe if he's in the film, he will change for the better.

I saw it at the theaters when it came out here in the U.S. I thought it was a disappointment. The action part was only at the end and it was short. You really don't get to see him train that much with the other Green Lanterns, and I felt that they needed to develop the characters more. I did like the effects of the colors and they did picked the right actor to be Green Lantern (Ryan Reynolds).

I saw it, and in 3D. At a free preview cause I'm a part-time movie critic. I wrote a review of it too. I didn't like it much. It was a dissapointingly mediocre superhero flick. It is nothing compared to Nolan's Batman series. I also enjoyed the Marvel flicks more, Thor I did not care for much, but Captain America and the two Iron Man movies were great. Green Lantern was a bad start for the DC Comics movie franchise they're trying to build up now. In 2013 the new Superman movie will be released, and then the new Batman too, with a whole new cast, director and writers. I hope the Justice League movie will still be made, despite the fact that the Green Lantern bombed at the box office. Fingers crossed.

I watched it at the theater, but I got a little dissapointed. It has a lot of good effects, especially when they are using the ring, but it doesn't have good action scenes. For me, they explored too much the secondary parts of the movie and forget to made good action parts. For example, after he got the ring, we still need to wait about 10, 15 minutes to see he use it for the first time. In a movie, it is a eternity! Because of things like this, I think the movie is good, but could be much better!

I haven`t watched it yet,cause i don`t know from where to download it,but as soon as I see it in a torrent site I`ll download it.I heard that it is a good movie.You say that you liked it so I hope that I`ll like it too .

hi, i have just downloaded it from the net... will watch it this weekend. was really waiting for this flick to come out on the net so that i can download it... ahhh atlast i got it... yay.. seems to be a good movie, and even i like dc movies... they are really fun to watch.
