Windows 8 striking the market

Just heard windows 8 is going to come from Microsoft in the coming year. I am really excited about the window. That would be really great. I heard of one of its feature that it will boot in merely 2-3 seconds that really is a good feature about it.
Anyone knows more feature please share it here.
Microsoft is the best.

Nope, it will boot in around 8 seconds. I've tried the Developer Preview and my take on it is that, Windows 8 will be best appreciated on a touch-screen tablet, such as ASUS Transformer. It was really made for the tablet. I really don't think it will be replacing Windows 7 any sooner. Windows 7 is more of a desktop OS. The one thing that will sell Windows 8, as according to Microsoft, is that, compared to iOS and Android, it will be full-featured, meaning you can do a lot of productivity stuffs in it like programming, video and photo editing, or CAD drawing while your on the go.
