Clixsense... considered PTC ELITE ?, well please read and judge

I have entered for some time in this PTC, giving more or less taken for granted that it worked like any other common that are now wandering all over in the internet.
Well, though I was surprised when reading in a forum that this is considered to PTC Elite, which is among the best.
I would have something to say about this because I think there are things that do not convince me.
- The ADSs are many, but you can agree to call microads as you view for 3 seconds and you will be credited to a paltry $ 0.001. Only once a day I see a period of 30 seconds that rewards you with 1 cents.
- Speaking of referrals, I must say I came across the site I did not seen how rent a referral, in short, if you want someone you should add users as directed, and this is a flaw in my opinion.
- The payout is set at $ 10 without the subject to be changed, so imagine being able to scrape together just 3 cents a day, you calculate how much time have to pass before could hoarding money.
One thing I must mention, however, the positive: There is a game into this site where you have to click on a random image if you find the right spot, then win by 10 cents to $ 5 (hovever very remote chance in my opinion!)
That said, between good and bad is right to consider Clixsense as PTC ELITE?

I've been a member of Clixsense for at least three years,and have never had a problem, and yes, I have always been paid. I don't consider them to be an elite site because it takes too long to reach payout and for me after such a while it starts to feel like a waste of time.

Clixsense is a legit site and all, but the thing is that it is a very slow earner. In sites like neobux, the amount one can earn is very high if he is good enough at managing rented referrals. Clixsense barely gives any opportunity to earn for people who can't refer.

Clixsense is a slow site, but they consistently pay people and that's what matters to me. I'm getting a little closer to payout every day, so I think it's worth it for me.
