what kinds of new teas have you seen or tried lately? what is your favourite new (or old type of tea? I have heard of tea that when put into a clear pot turns into a flower. i have tried chocolate mint tea (which i liked) and my mom recently bought ice wine tea. i have started enjoying loose leaf teas too.

There are several that I really like....one in particluar is chia.....it's sweet like having a dessert without all the calories. I can't get used to green tea though....to me it has a funny taste. I also like just plain old black tea..when you need to warm up on a winters day a good cup of tea hits the spot!

None. No designer tea for me. I like plain old Earl Grey with nothing added. I drink tea and coffee strong and hot and I don't want anything in it not even cream or sugar. I recently went out for coffee with a friend and he mixed hazwelnut and pumpkin spice. He said it was delicious but I thought it sounded disgusting. That's also the way I feel about flavored teas.

I must admit that I've never been a 'tea'-guy. But I just came from a vacation wherein I've had a chance to taste apple cinnamon tea. It was different! I liked it the first time I've tried it, but after the second cup I had the following day, I didn't like it as much.

I love jasmine tea and it's the only tea i'd order whenever we dine in at a chinese restaurant. But I like green tea as well. I've tasted oohlong tea from Taiwan but I never liked the aroma. Jasmine tea rocks for me.

I have a friend who loves that flower tea, I haven't tried it, but that chocolate mint is very nice indeed! I like jasmine tea, very light and not too powerful I got some honey lemon (not the common stuff, the lemon is over powering in those) but this was very nice with just a trace of citrus. I love mint tea, but I'm not real thrilled with things like apple, raspberry or non-citrus fruit/berry type teas. Camomile makes my nose itch so I don't much like teas with it in them.

I love all sorts of tea, hot or cold. My favorite though is Chai tea. I really like the spices in it and I like to add a little cream to it as well. The other day I found a Chai flavored creamer and by adding it to the tea it is even tastier!

White tea, white tea with peach, and anti-cancer tea. White tea isn't my style. White tea with fruit, much better. Anti-cancer tea is OK, but after a few days, I have to switch to something else.

Hi Cher, I have tried several teas throughout the years. Earl Grey is one of my favorites. I recently found Gevalia's China Mountain Green tea, which is very good. I also am using Hibiscus tea made with fresh oranges for medicinal purposes. Oolong tea is tasty for a ready made tea over the counter. I keep looking for teas wherever I go. Hot tea, cold tea, loose leaf tea, bagged tea etc.

I am using biguerlai tea. But not so often. I only drink when I suffer from constipation. This is used as a slimming tea by others. By the way, the tea you mentioned, that one when put into apot turns unto flower in somewhat intriguing. Is there really such a thing? Well, I am just wondering what's the magic (or scientific explanation) behind it.

Those flower teas are absolutely beautiful, and taste pretty good too. I'm not much of a tea drinker usually, but it's a fairly healthy drink, and it wouldn't hurt me to try other kinds. Maybe I will...

Lately I was just drinking jasmine tea and mixed tea with milk (well, it isn't a new kind of tea, it is just some way to serve tea, hehe). Later, I really want to have a taste in mint tea. There's none around me, I might have to find it harder, as I eager to know hot it tasted.

I have tried all of the ice teas with lemon and raspberry flavors. If those don't count, I have tried the hibiscus tea in Mexico and it was good. I also tried some sort of tea, but I don't know what the name is called. Well other than "its a green plant" I don't know what to what else to describe it but its good. I only tried it in Mexico as well.
