Hey Everyone!
Just need a little help. I have never requested payment from any websites before, I have only used my paypal account to make purchases on Ebay. What I need to know is how do I receive a payment? Say I request payment from Mylot and they send it to the email I'm registered with paypal. Can I receive payment with a personal account or do I need like a merchant account or something? I'm just really paranoid that what if my payment got rejected by paypal for some reason. I feel so noob right now.

There's no need for you to create a merchant account. Your personal account will do. Mylot will automatically send you your payment once you have reached your chosen minimum payout. An email will be sent to you by both mylot and paypal. The instructions are laid out in the email sent to you by paypal. It will tell you how to approve the initial transaction by providing you with the steps on how to do it.

Payments from MyLot are automatic and you can have any kind of PayPal account, personal or business, verified or not. Just read the page on Earnings here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx for a FULL explanation of how it works!

It is always worth reading the FAQs and the Guidelines from time to time. Even I, who have been here for five years, have occasion to refer to them several times a week. Both areas are a mine of indispensable information about how the site works and how best to use it.
I find that I barely reach the minimum of $10 every month, so I am satisfied with a payment of $12 or $15 every other month but others may like to change the minimum payment so that they accrue larger and less frequent payments.
Most sites which pay you through PayPal can pay you whether your account is verified or not but, when paying for something with PayPal, it is almost essential to have PayPal linked to a bank account or credit card. Indeed, this is the reason that PayPal exists at all: it was designed as a secure and easy method of payment so that you do not have to give bank or credit card details to all and sundry and, additionally, has some built-in security measures to protect both the client and the dealer. The fact that companies and individuals can easily pay people by PayPal is really a secondary function which has become very popular.

Hi my friend, a personal account will do. No need to worry you will get your money, but as what they've said you need to verified your account no matter what happen or else you cannot transfer it in your bank account or debit account. Paypal will not reject you but be sure that all of your information including your name and address is real, what information you have in your paypal account should be the same as your credit card or bank account details or else your money will be deducted. Keep up the good work and if there's anything we can help you can post any discussions you want, good luck!

Hi!
Don't worry you can receive your payment whether your paypal account is personal, premium or merchant.
Good luck!

Personal account would be enough to receive your payment. It doesn't really matter between personal-premier-business type, they all can be used to receive payment. It just they have different features, limitations, and fees .
Even if your account isn't verified yet, you still can receive your payment . So I guess no need to be too much worried right now :).

Hi Triple0. You will get your payment even if you have a personal account. I was a bit paranoid too when I had my first earning (from other website). The best with it is the website didn't have minimum payout. So I can cash out my money even if it is only $0.01. That's why I tried to cash out the minimum amount, and see if I will really receive it. And I did. They sent it to me within 24 hours. :)
