People who hate college will work life be better after you left?

I love school days a lot.But when it comes to college i hate it for some extent as i feel i was far more better when i was in school.Will my work life be better?will i enjoy.Thumbs up...............Does any one have any experience.all are welcome to share at least something in school,college or work.
