what is your opinion about Blackbery using in our country??
i read in one article about the discussion about the booming of blackberry in our country
and the discussion discuss the blackbery using, is it related with the function or this is about prestige??
blackberry is phemonenal and slow but sure can beat Nokia as leading branded cellphone in our country
Blackberry developer itself said that our country is unique and potential market...and our country is great contributor for their profit..wow
so in some article, i read that there are prediction that blackberry user in our country can be number one or largest number in the world...we even can beat US user of blackberry
it`s irony when you can see that our country is list as one of the poorest country if we are talking about GDP figures...
so of course can make a next question...
some of blackberry user in our country use Blackberry for prestige or for function??do they know all function of Blackberry?? or only know about the feature send and receive message and incoming and outcoming call??
what do you think about this irony??

BB Indonesian people called Blackberry. Have a BB, as high up trust, and proud if it has a BB. And worse, many people who do not use maximum. In fact I've met people, had a BB for 3 months, but do not know how the internet with a BB. For Indonesian people, BB is a showcase, and feel the most coolest, if using BB.

many of our people, have a prestige. of course, they will buy blackbery just for prestige. how much people in our country know about all function in their handphone? about the features? even they must cost a lot of money to buy something that useless for them.
we can see a foreign country, japan, taiwan, and etc. their people have a great income per month, more than our people.
why i tell like this? cause many of people around me, know nothing about it. why their buy a netbook, PDA phone, blackbery, but they can't use the features on it. but they not want to learn how to use it.

just for prestige, to show at their friend. a kid with a luxury phone cell, with a high features that need just for a business, did it strange? like "hei, i have some new phone cell, my father give me the newest phone and the price is $5000"?.
even the kid knew the function of features, did he/she really need it?
maybe that sound crazy, but everyday, i always seem like that.

It seems, blackberry still a trend for people of Indonesia. In other countries, blackberry have fallen prestige. Less with the android, and the iphone. In my opinion, blackberry phones just like the others, only difference is there between Blackberry users chat feature. And according to my Blackberry phone is very complicated.

Blackberry almost became king of our country when nokia is going down. HOwever before that can happen, Iphone came along and the trend starts from there. Iphone is the new king of singapore and nowadays, don't be surprised to see most people carrying two phones. It can either be both iphones, or one iphone together with a blackberry. I myself am carrying two phones too.

i think yes. There are so many blackberry user in indonesia. I come from indonesia too. Now, i see so many people hold their blackberry in bus, on the street, or at school.

Blackbery is somewhat popular in my country because of its powerful function and low price which is easy to get to common people.But it has some flaw like hard to handle and the control system is not so stable.
