How to get the money on Mylot?

I have just knew this site from Google. And I am very wonder about it. Who can point me how to get money from this page. Is the Mylot scam? Did you get the money from this page. I am a newbie and I need the money. Thank for all your answer!

I am a newbie to Mylot as well. I think you earn money through completing tasks and participating in discussions either through comments or posting your own. That's all I know so far. Hopefully it's not a scam because I need money too!!
