computer says - the internet explorer is already open everytime i click on it. hence i am having problem on how to make it appear on the monitor. i wish someone could help me out. i am presently using internet explorer but i also want the mozilla to be on stand by just like internet explorer is available when it is needed just like today.
i am not computer savvy so i dont know the procedures on which to click or where to go to correct this.

it just error on the system. just open task manager. you can see what is the running program on it.
clean up your computer, use cc cleaner or tune up utilities. if that still can't work, take your computer to computer reparation.

Task manager dose not show internet explore over there buddy! I also have faced same problem. I know it is because of virus in the system

task manager is always show a running program, include the task manager too. a virus only make task manager can't be opened (dissabled).

Don't worry about the internet explorer. just uninstall the software and re-install them on your system. Even if it comes like that, just download a new software.
