Makes You Wonder How Stupid Are you? :)

Rage In Action - This can occur when someone looses nerves and start raging around, not even thinking about what`s he damaging :D

Sometimes, when I do things, I rush or even don`t think about it, when it ends up badly, I wish to kill myself! The rage grows up and you start hiting and smashing things around like a wild animal. I guess that`s reaction to your ``stupid`` action. Don`t you hate when you do something wrong just because you didn`t pay attention? Because I do, I rage then too :D

Smashing and hitting things because you are angry? Sounds to me like you need anger management. On the other hand, I often consider mistakes I make for failure to pay attention as costly lessons. Learn and move on. No need to have a pity party. Remember to err is simply human.
