I think this is what i am going to do in case the connection is bad over there. Or maybe i will find some time to write articles, ready for Mylot discussions. Sounds quite boring, right... Any better ideas to share when having vacation in a village area? But, one thing for sure, i will get plenty of time to relax and free myself from tension.Have a nice weekend, friends.....

If there is no internet connection i use to watch TV or video films. True I find it relaxing to log on to mylot at least for 20 minutes every half a day. After movies only taking rest.

Hi Ravi, so you do enjoy watching TV and videos. By the way, you mentioned above that you do have interest to solve what type of maths problems when you are boring? I thought solving maths problems can drained our brain. So, you don't spend much time in Mylot, no wonder seldom see you around here. Do take good care always...

You probably will keep busy with family. Amazing on how time flies when you get to share in some fun with family. There probably will be so much to catch up with.
Maybe take a few good books with you as well. Have a great time relaxing if all else.

How about taking walks, breathing fresh air, enjoying nature, reading a book. Relax, you are going on vacation. Of course, I am the same way about the internet.

Hi Garden, i ever tried walking around the village while breathing those smells from the wood and flower fragrances. Sometimes, i do feels living in village do sounds wonderful, since we don't have to smell the fumes of cars.
Ravi, what type of maths problems that you like to solve to relax your mind? You do have different way to spend your boring time.

Having no internet connection is the most boring thing for people like us who are always online. But in a way this has some benefit because it will give us time to look at other things that need our attention or it could be a time for the much needed break. So when there is no internet connection instead of feeling bad from being out of the cyber world, we should rather feel glad because anyway there are a lot of productive things to do outside of the cyber world.

Hi Salonga, you do gives some nice ideas here. Indeed, sometimes we do need some break from our online sites. And spend more time with our offline world. Because there surely have some matters which needed our attention. We should always put top priority towards our offline matters, right. Hope you have a wonderful day...

Just have fun and take this opportunity to spend more time with your family and relatives. You won't be bored, I'm sure.
Maybe you can bring along a note pad with you to jot down anything that comes to your mind. And also take lots of photos to share with us. We will all be waiting anxiously for you to get back and tell us about your trip.
Have fun!

Hey friend I recommend you for in order not to get bored stay outdoors, it helps me alot. Visit places that are entertaining in the village area and just enjoy it. Sometimes it's good to get away from things you normally do for a while.
If you get bored and there's no many things to do, play some games with friends. Or listen to music if you can. Writing articles doesn't sound boring at all to me.
Enjoy your vacation my friend!

Hi Hazel, that's a good ideas to overcome boredom. But, i can't stay outdoor too much since my son scare mosquito bites. Most of the time, i stay indoor and watch dvds. Haven't got any idea to write any article yet.
Yes Steph, as long the internet line is fine, of course stay online is the best option. But, the connection is not really fine here, so i come online if only the connection is fine.

Hi myfb2009, if facing interruption of internet connection at home, I would like to continue my computer work at a nearby outlet where free wifi is available, in case it's not a flexible workload and it have to be completed on time. If I were to spend my vacation at scenic sites where internet service is not available I would like to enjoy my pleasant time browsing amongst the natural greens heartily and forget all about the busy computer workload. It's the most relaxing time as my family and I can do out favorite outdoor activities together freely and comfortably in the environment with fresh and cool air
Happy posting!

Hi myfb!
Try to explore the place! If you're new at your aunt's place then I think it's best to explore the place. And you said it's a village? So I'm sure there would be plenty of sites close to nature that will be fun to explore!
You can always write when you're tired of exploring, at night perhaps, you can write. But during the day, you can explore the place together with your kid. Take care and have fun!

If my internet connection was bad I would read a book. There is a lot of time that I don't do it. I love to read, but nowadays I am not doing it anymore, because I am addicted with mylot!
I hope I find time to read books and do other things, because I am using all my free time trying to find some sites to earn online money. I believe after a few days, when I finally choose 2 or 3 sites, I will have more time to do other things. Happy mylotting.

Yes, reading a book when the connection goes slow is a good idea. You gains more knowledge by spending time reading the book. If connection goes fast and fine, same like you, i will be hook on to my online sites. Hope you enjoy spending your time in Mylot.

You are right. Life must go on. I know internet has played a main role in our life. However, sometimes we have try to adjust to the life without it. If there are so problems which make you to be out of internet service, try to think about the positive way. Perhaps it is time for you to spend the time with your family and friends.
I love China

I would not go online at all. I would venture out and see what the area has to offer. Spend time with family and/or friends. Do things you haven't done in along time. Try something new and different. Enjoy relaxation and eating new dishes and spending time in different activities too.

How long are you going to stay? I thought you had a wedding to attend too! I´m sure there will be enough fun in talking to people you haven´t seen in a long time. Make the best out of it and you´ll have fun. Talking is a lost art, but it can come back

Hi myfb: Good idea, that's one of the things I do when i don't have internet connection but beware with your weight . My first idea to be productive and enjoy at the same time when I don't have the internet is reading a book I need to or find an activity I was thinking to do but I haven't don eyet or I've been postponing it.
