Hard Drive: How can i revive?

i have a hard drive Western Digital 500gb .. everytime i am booting it there is an error .. it was like a disk error occur .. then it says .. press ctrl+alt+del to restart .. but it never boot the OS .. it has a 90gb partition(Windows 7), and a 390gb partition .. which is i think the reason of the problem .. the 390gb partition dont have letter so it is not visible in My Computer. I only see it in Partition magic . then when i saw it in partition magic i set its letter and formatted it . but when i restart my computer. it was like. What the hell? hahaha .. then my computer does not boot(OS) .

The reason why your computer does not boot OS is because you reformatted it so there is no more operating system, everything in the hard disk had been wiped out
. What you should do is re install the operating system be it xp or windows 7, depending on your choice. Good luck

you get it wrong. the one that i formatted is the 390gb partition . not the 90gb partition which is the system partition and has the OS..
