A friend told me, "There is just nothing you can do to change how you or someone else feels... I wonder why it is that emotional pain can hurt 10x as much as anything physical?" I was stuck between words. How can you give the best explanation?

however mean life is,love it!we should love life,even if we fell in hard times.truly when our heart hurts,we feel 10x as much as anything physical,cause we do it with real feelings,the more our hearts devote in it,the more pain we have.that's life,just smile!we can hardly do anything that goes against our hearts.

heart feelings and everything can not be changed. heart always wants a lot and I can always say I get what he wants. what the heart feels most strongly desired. but sometimes a heart can hurt us with our feelings. so you should not trust him. nice day!

If someone is going through a hard time and emotional difficulties he will need someone to stand by him. Just by having someone encouraging him or listening to his troubles and worries can prove to be extremely helpful. It cna provide reassurance and help him feel at least a tiny bit better.
