I am allergy to chicken, mango and other citrus fruits, squids, shrimps and some vegetables. It started several years ago. When I visited a skin specialists 8 years ago, she told me that I have an eczema or allergy problems. I was prescribed by cream and medicines. Yet the problem keeps coming back. Sometimes when I don't apply cream on my face, I looked like I was exposed to an extreme heat and the red spots are all over my face. They look disgusting that some of my friends call it yucky!
It is hard to live with allergies. I wish that I could take the best pill to make this eczema problem go away and never come back.
What about you guys, what are your allergies and how it affected your life?

Yes, I was fairly recently diagnosed with allergies to some meats (never had them in the last ten plus years anyway!), plus a whole range of foods. I was treated homeopathically for the causes of these allergies (as well as avoiding the resulting allergic - to foods). I was 100% better after a 16-week strict regime of abstinence & medication. Of course I still don't have any animal products of any kind - second-hand stuff anyway, full of disease & lots of nasties we really can do very well without!
So perhaps there's an underlying cause or causes to your condition & not just foods? You might want to get a second opinion. Mine was massive prolonged chemical exposure - a huge variety of all different work-related ones, as well as the same exposure to every variety of mould available at home, more chemicals there as well... all came about from doing the renovations after work & on the weekends. High stress, late nights & high toxicity is never a good combination.

Thank you for the BR! I have no good experiences with the medical profession. You might like to try alternative therapies if you cannot afford injections, which I am very much against. I have had only good experiences with all manner of natural therapies.

Wow I am sorry you are allergic to some of the healthy and delicious food out there. So do you mean you avoid those food completely?
Well once I did develop allergies to orange joice. Not the actual allergy but whenever I drank orange juice, I would have a stiff nose and fall sick the next day. So i totally stopp drinking them in fear of getting sick. After about a year it was gone and I am fine with them now

I feel so sorry for you. I should be thankful to god, i sometimes cry because of some of my problems. But seeing yours i am not. I really feel sad that you cannot eat chicken. It is something i would die without, i love chicken a lot. I know in my country killing and eating animals is a sin. But i think god has made some animals on earth like this, and we are one of them. I can't help but i cannot avoid eating it. I think you cane at chicken rarely? or not that too?

As far as I know, I don't have any allergies but I have been living my life as if I have one or probably a bit worse because I have pimples since I was like grade 4 and now I am 19 years old and in college. It has really affected my overall self-esteem.
Nevertheless, I got used to it and just thankful for what GOD has given me, think about it... we have a lot of things to thank for, so I won't complain at all since there are some people who are experiencing worst.
Anyway, recently I think I had an allergic reaction with a particular brand of anti-biotic where in I suffered diarrhea and other things when I was taking it and surprisingly those symptoms went away after I stop taking it.

Thank you for the encouragements. Yeah I just have to be thankful about the life I was given to. I know that there are millions of people out there who has worst problems than mine.
I think pimples are easy to cure than eczema. I had pimples when I was in high school but I got rid of it. I use red lipstick to get rid of pimples.

Were in the same situation. I am using cortisan cream to heal the allergy for the meantime. But it keeps coming back as soon as I don't use cream anymore. The tablets do a better job but they are expensive. When I was taking tables, the allergies go away for a few weeks. But with the cream, just a few days.
