this mid week, bayern will get a hard opponent and their first step for qualifying from their group..
City is thought as one of the new power in european when the owner spend too much money for building his team..
aguerro, samir nasri, clichy come and equipped the rich team with an old player like Joe Hart, Balotelli, edin dzeko, tevez and so on..
City is unexperienced with the atmosphere Chammpions League..as a team
but as player one by one, you must not underestimate this team..
you can say David silva, samir nasri, balotelli, Hangreaves is very experienced in champions league..
you can see from their productivuty goal...with 19 goals from6 matches in EPL, city can score 3,1 goals every matches..it`s fantastics i think..
and we always say wow, when they always score more than 4 goals in every match..
and thats why i said this is the hard testing for manuel neuer (as main goalkeeper of Bayern munchen for proving that he is good goalkeeper)...
share your opinion about this match..

Don't be so sure, you are talking about a real team here, Bayern who has only received one goal in 11 games and scored 29 goals during this. Bayern is a legendary team, a selfmade one, not a fabricated one as City. Without the sheik, they wouldn't have qualified for the Champions League, nor they wouldn't have bought so many players.
And Bayern is strong at home, has a great squad and will do everything to beat City, because in Germany nobody likes teams which are fabricated.

@warwolf : i think city is underdog now..why?? they are unexperienced in this league...i know that city had spend so many money, but it can not be guarantee i think
@rap : yes, bayern is good on defensive and only get 1 goals in manuel neuer..but don`t underestimate the finishing touch of aguerro...if iam luis enrique as roma coach, one of my favourite player is Sergio Kun Aguerro

@adhyz: I have no respect for the teams like City, like you already know. In fact, I don't even consider them a team, they are only the sheik's toy. Of course, it can happen to beat Bayern, but if the Financial Fair Play would be implemented, things like this couldn't ever happen. City was nowhere a few years ago, and then suddenly a foreigner came, and has put more than 1 billion Euros in the team. How can the competition be fair after that? City couldn't even dream to earn that much money, not even in 10 years, if they would have honor and fair play spirit.

I have to say that I have waited this game the most from all the games from the group, because I want Bayern to win against this team which normally shouldn't be in the Champions League, and this if the sheik wouldn't have bought the team. City would have never managed to reach a Champions League spot without money from the sky. Like I said, City is good in offensive part, but the goalkeeper and the defenders are only average, which cannot be said about Bayern.
And an additional info: Hargreaves won't play as he is not on the UEFA list of City.

I am not afraid of Hargreaves, but I would liked to see him again, because he was an important member of the Bayern squad for several years. I guess he is the only English player which is respected in Munchen.

Bayern vs. City will be one of the marquee clashes of this round. It would be a test for Man City and their claims of being a big team. On the other hand, this will be a test for Bayern whether they are back as one of the greats of European football. I think Man City is capable of beating Bayern in this match though I must say that Bayern have the advantage of better experience of European nights!!
Cheers!

Man city won't last long in the champion's league because it's their maiden season. Though man city might boost of players having played in the prestige champions league in the past, but they are playing with their teams back then. This is the first time these players are playing in a new team, new team mates. Champion's league is different from domestic leagues because teams in the champion's league, comes from different parts of europe.
