clixsense question on the micro ads

So I'm clicking on some micro ads and some of them also have a yellow triangle with a yellow exclaimation point blinking next to the timer & pay amt. What does that mean? They aren't verified, new to clix sense ad or ???
Half of the micro's I have right now have that and the others don't.
