Work confusion

We are a manufacturer and we do business with customers around the world. My confusion is that I have been working in this company for more than 3 years. But I couldn't even sign my name in the e-mails to customers. My manager always said, you're young and inexperienced, you're not ready right now. But is there anything to do with the signature in the e-mail? Customers don't know the existance of me as all e-mails are signed with his name.
Besides, though he always said that we want to cultivate you to a real and independent sales person, each suggestion I came up with would be refuesed or revised as per his requirements, sometimes even the e-mails I sent to customers. It's OK, you're the manager.
But this is really discouraging. I couldn't feel any sense of accomplishment in work, I couldn't see any development space in this company too. I'm really confused right now.

Hi friend, try to cheer up, ok. There'll always be bosses and managers who are insecure or hv insecurity issues. I suspect your mgr is one such person. He seems to be a rather controlling person too. Btw, pp who are controlling tend to hv insecurity issues.
Hv you thought of looking for another job? I doubt your mgr will ever use your ideas/suggestions (not because your ideas/suggestions are not gd enough but because of his own issues), and so I think your career will likely suffer if you continue to work under him.
Is there anyone that your mgr reports to? If yes, is it possible to approach his supervisor? You cld send his supervisor an email or hv a face-to-face talk with his supervisor.(In my view, the latter wld be better.) Do you hv any colleagues who report to your mgr? If yes, what are their views?

Yes, I couldn't see any growth opportunities in our company now. My manager, he always said, oh my staff are great, they've made great progress, and I hope that they can become real and independent sales people earlier, at the meeting with boss and managers of other deparments. So what can we say?

If you cld attend those mtgs, maybe you use them as platforms to show off your ability.

Maybe they are afraid be what you can get results right, Your achievements may be too threatening will position him so he was afraid later you are shifting the position he, but with patience, as well as your hard work a time will produce results
satisfactory all you have to do is be patient and hope there are people who can clearly see who is working earnestly and who just sit on my hands, be patient and pray that's what you need to do. good luck my friend......^___^

Many places do that where you use a superior or fake name to send out correspondence. I know I used to send out deliquency letters w/ my Boss's name on it as that's how the form was situated, but I would inital the bottom.
I can see him wanting to look over things as it's his name. But if he has no confidence in his employees using his name then he should let you use your name but reference your self or him as a contact.

Hey, thank you for your information. My manager has no confidence on us, all his staff, not only about our work ability, but also other things. I planned to take an overseas project early this year. I didn't intend to hide but he asked when he knew, why do you always make progress? Do you have more ambitions?

WELL check up with the email you are using weather it has option to use signature because some of the emails do not have the option that you can use signature on it so better check up and also find out is some good search engines where you can know how to use the option to use signature accordingly you try out.

come on, dear. Things happened but happens with reasons. never give up and lose heart. what you want to do is not to blame but to find out what is the key factor to influence your present situation and then try your best to deal with it properly. You should understand that nobody in the world can walk smoothly all the time. just learn to accept something first and then to change it later.

I can realize what your feeling is.But you have to know not all this things should be known to someone would bring the accomplishment to you.As you know all the things like clothes,food,many this kind of things are make by many diffrent workers in industry,but no one kown who they are.People just know the person who intent this or design this.So its common to all.
