Is Buxoppers PTC legit or scam

I joined this site on the 15th of September, clicked on ads and requested a payout on 21st September. The site says all requests will be processed within 24 hours. I have not received the payment yet. I have also raised a support ticket and have not received a reply from them yet. I was little hesitant when joining the site, since one can earn up to €0.05 per ad click. What got me into the site was there were a few payment proofs listed in the site. I am not sure if there are anyone in mylot who are also members in buxoppers. If there are, I would like to know their experiences with the site.

There are pay sites but there are those who do not pay.
Most of these sites are illegal and fraudulent.
but I can certainly tell you that I and those that are legal and I have proof of payment.
not much but these sites have them.
