I don't know anything about Bath but I do know something about moving with animals, so I thought I'd respond just in case...
You won't be able to bring your dogs here unless they have animal passports: they must be microchipped and checked for rabies 6 months before moving here - and rechecked within 48 hours (I think that's right) of the move itself. If not, they'll spend months in quarantine, which is horrible.
We moved back to the UK from France with 2 cats and they definitely need papers. In fact, we had to delay our move to make sure they could come with us without going into quarantine.
Hope it helps. Good luck with the move!

Oh, that's great news! I didn't know that. Furry immigrants welcome, in my opinion (the dogs, not you... though you're welcome too, of course)!

Oh wow, I didn't know Bath was so expensive, I have never been there. I am living in East Yorkshire now after two years living in England, and I checked some really cheap houses in Corby (NN), I was investigating and noticed there was like an issue with radioactive waste some years ago that made some unborn kids to have lack of legs, hands and stuff like that. I really hope it's safe now because I am applying for some jobs there.

I live in England and I like it, Its really nice here!
One good thing about UK which is true for some other countries is that if you lose your Job, Your not going to end up homeless on the street and things like Health Care are Free!

Although they are looking to shake up the NHS even more remember, so people visiting may not be entitled or entitled partly (however that works) and you may have to of lived here a certain amount of time to qualify, which is why I mentioned it although if they do make these changes I guess it will be years before they happen but get in quick still!

Good luck moving to UK, I see you are from Greece. I am from Spain and moved a year ago to Yorkshire, prepare yourself for awful weather, I miss my country weather a lot, but life here is better I am not planning on coming back. I hope you find a lovely place to live and a good school for your kids. Cheers!
