so those feelings and expressions can not be stopped or put on control, they just happen. No one will have such strong will power to stop what is to be happening. They just try to get away from that position or situation by avoiding .

Hi,
I encountered the same feeling today when I was in the office. I started feeling lonely all of sudden. It happens. Some days I feel so right in the morning and I will finally end up ruining my whole day. However, unless you don't get the feeling of depression very often, you are safe with respect to your health.
Find a good company. That will solve this issue of yours! A person with good sense of humour will the best company to you at this juncture. He/she can bring about a big change in you!

Unless you are sick, which proper nutrition will help resolve, hopeless is often the result of repeated failures and loss of inspiration. I will advice you associate with some good and optimistic individuals. Also find something about you that you are good at and concentrate on capitalizing on your strengths.

hi,
welcome to mylot.
Natural is the feeling that you are experiencing sometime and I can assume that you do not know when that feeling has left you to your normalcy. When you feel that way think of the tasks you like to indulge in. Like calling your friends on phone, go for a round up driving and put the music system there a little loud.
Even if you still not out of this groove just step into the counseling chamber or a psychiatrist.

That is the sounds of depression to me. Does it come often this feeling or last for long periods of time? If it does perhaps you should go to the doctor.
if you answer yes to a few of the following it might be depression and you may want to seek a doctor for help.
-sleeping less or sleeping to much
- finding tasks you previously enjoyed difficult
-difficulty concentration
-having many negative thoughts
-more quick to be irrated or easily angered
-feeling blah, not wanting to do any of your regular activities
I hope this helps. I also hope that you feel passion in your life soon!
Take Care!
