referral exchange

What do you think about referral exchange?
It's look like everybody need referrals, but it's hard to find them.
Of course you can buy referrals but 50% of them are inactive.
Maybe referral link exchange is a good solution for this problem.
Tell me your opinion about this mater.

normally referral link exchange can be a way to find more refs for your programs naturally the point is always the same so refs you can get will be activie or not?so i think that in amny cases fidn a good refs is always difficult considering all things you can do it so from this point of view in many cases you should be luck simply!!

Referral link exchange is good solution because both users needs the same thing.But it is very hard to encourage our referrals in any business.They will think many things when we try to encourage them.Although it is very serious problem to earn on our referrals but continuing our own work is best idea.
