lol This is just too funny. Try putting her in shoes or just socks and see if that stops her. If it doesn't, then for now just wait and see if she outgrows it. Then when she's older, you can either tell her no and to stop it or get this stuff you can put on her toe and it tastes bitter. It's safe to use but I don't know what it's called, I just remember my friend's parents used it on her to get her to stop sucking her thumb.

When I put socks on her her socks end up soaked. She takes her pjs off at night too so that didnt stop her either. I cant keep shoes on her everytime we get in the car she takes them off.

lol She sounds very determined to get to that toe! You have to admit, it's actually pretty funny. Don't stress too much about it now, just give it some time and see if she starts to outgrow it.

My granddaughter is 16 and she still sucks her thumb! Especially when she is tired or upset about something. So it is something some never outgrow.
I would think that as she gets bigger, she will not be able to reach that toe, so when she gets in school you won't have to worry about that. However, from my granddaughter's thumb sucking if she doesn't outgrow it soon, I would try to break her of it, although I don't have the answer of how, we have never broke my granddaughter and even the kids at school teasing her has no effect on her!

I have a family member that is 30 + years old and still sucks her thumb.
I son sucks his thumb but only at night when he is trying to get to sleep.
I have always heard that sucking the thumb is a hard habit to break but I guess your rigt about the toe since I could not reach mt toe... of course if I could I wouldnt suck on it lol but im sure you get the point haha

We have this saying in the philippines that if a kid keeps on sucking on his/her toes he7she wants another sister or brother lolol.Anyway,my neighbour in the philippines had the same problem and what she did is put hot ketchup on her toes and so when she suck it again she will remember the spicy flavour,not sure if it work but she said she did it twice and then the little girl stopped lol.Might be a bad idea though hehe

My daughter will eat anything.
Another brother or sis? Well I hope that is not what she is trying to tell me cause 3 is plenty hehe.
