How to carefully remove contact lenses?

An optometrist will guide someone when prescribing the contact lens but it also takes a bit of practice to do so comfortably. It is not difficult and one has to remember that the nails cannot be use. One uses two fingers to careful pinch the center of the contact lens and detach it from the eye. Sounds horrid but not something difficult and or painful to do. Damage can occur if one is slip sliding it which can scratch the cornea, and or pupils.
