how to keep a nice shape while eating snacks

i am a girl who is addicted to snacks, although i know almost all of the snacks are nothing else but make me fat, but i can not stop me doing that, i looked heavier day by day, i just want to be ignorance to that point, what can i do? any suggestions?

You can eat as much as you want. Get exercise everyday! :D You can start with walking or playing some basketball to burn some fats. :D

Um i'm also addicted to snacks as i'm staying in home all the days from past 2 months that make me out of figure but now i decide not to eat much so i planned my diet even in that also i dint edited my snacks but i find a better way to have it in the intervals.By not eating at a time make that snack into parts and when we feel to eat just take a little bit after eating make your body to have some physical movements .

There are lots of problem when we unable to control ourselves and addicted to eat something like those snacks or any junk food..I just can suggest you to start food combining, meaning you do not need to stop eating snacks but combine with eat fruits and vegetables..This can be before or after you eating snacks..I have heard it will absorbs and reduce bad habit in short time and you will become healthier as well.. My friend did it, He only eat raw fruits and vegetables on breakfast and dinner, while he can eat anything he likes during lunch and eat snacks as well.. just try it...

Then I suggest you keep away from so many snacks, or just find something to do when you want to eat. You may forget the snacks when you are busy. If these above can't help, just do more exercises.

it's not about the snacks, it about you. this is the tips: chew the snack more long than usually. choose the snack that have more protein, like a peanut. and the last, while you eat peanuts, drink a lot of water. i hope that tips make you bored to eat snack.

Can you share some of your snacks with me? hahaha Well, make yourself busy to something else so you forgot to eat your snacks. Ifever you can't resist eating then make sure to eat healthy food like fruits.

Hello, If you can't stop eating snacks you can try aerobic exercises like jogging, dancing and biking. Do aerobic exercises with minimum duration of thirty minutes, atleast four times a week. This way you can burn the extra calories that you consume.
