Should Petafiles have rights to live where they want?

I watch CNN when they set up petafiles and put them on camera. There was one when the person they caught was someone I worked with at Circus Circus. He worked in the coin room and just think I was around this person and never knew what ran through his head..how disgusting. My opinion is when they get caught they should put a chip in them so they can be tracked.

Petafiles are what we call: pedofiles I assume?
It's a difficult problem. Our goverment is doing nothing if they come back out of prison. They go back to their own house, living next to the kids they raped/abused for years. If you send them away from that neighbourhood (which is not possible) they go live in a neighbourhood where nobody knows them and they can start all over again.
I think if you are like that you have no right, no rights of privacy.
And castration is a good start (let's hope a solution). They are sick people and if you really think they will ever change you are wrong. A chip (or 12) is fine too but just being traced is not enough since you don't know who they "invite" in their house.

That sounds like a good idea. Legally they couldn't though. They are supposed to report to authorities and not live close to schools and such as that. I wonder if all judges make this a gibben. And when they are in prison other inmates don't think much of them. One person had the idea that they should have a sign on their lawn so others knew.
