I feel kinda blue recently. My back was knocked by the opened closet door last Sunday and bled. Then this Monday, my left index figure was hurt by my right index one when I was combing my hair. Today, my head was hit by my collegue's elbow when I was helping him with his shipment. What's worse, I find myself couldn't write a complete response now.

Have you thought about getting on medicine? I was depressed as well until my doctor put me on medicine. Depression is also caused by how you handle your life, I noticed things are not going peaches and cream for you lately. Just be patient think about yourself and try to think positively. I know this is difficult to do but you have to try, it is your life you are talking about and seeing a doctor can help as well as talking to someone. If you need someone to talk to feel free to message me at any time...also here is my email. Areeves3@ Kent. Edu Use it if you need to, no one should have to go through this alone.

I think that when you're depressed, it can often turn into a negative spiral because you are thinking too much into your feelings and this might cause you to feel even more depressed. You should see your doctor about the feelings that you're having, because they might be able to give you some medication in order to make those feelings go away again. You wouldn't have to be on it forever; just long enough to get your thoughts back on track and get a hold of the life that you feel as though you should have.

i agree with the downward spiral thing, but i am actually afraid to take medication because somebody i know told me about the side effects it could have on people

If some thing bad happened in life we must not be depressed, of course we cant control it but how many days we have to be in depression? In depression we can get only the pain which leads us to take a stupid decisions.Rather than that we have to try to come out of it the best way i found was making friends and talking with them later we must make ourselves busy with some wore.If we do this we can overcome the deprission.

Sorry to know that you are facing some depression. It do happens when we are having some trouble and no one is there to listen and talk to. Try to have someone to talk to and listen to you, it will help a lot. Try to go places where there are lots of people or places where you can hear kids laughing and having fun.

hmm, interesting idea, but i know that usually when i am really sad and i see other people having fun it makes me feel worse. but as for having someone to talk to, i will have to expand my circle of friends because i dont have many

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling blue and depressed. Maybe you need to vent a bit more. It is healthy to talk about what is bothering us and what better place then myLot. You can start an occasional discussion about what is on your mind as many of us are willing to listen and apply some humble advice. It might do wonders and I am hoping you do as it will make you feel a bit better. I wouldn't blame you if you can't speak about your issues as I am one who usually does not feel good repeating my issues. But maybe it can help you.

My life is also very full of pressure, and made ??me very depressed. Sometimes I find a comfortable life, but certainly not last long, because I have to come back depressed. I even almost gave up. Luckily, I had a child, that makes me strive to survive through life full of stress.

I don't know what happend to you,but I think you should try to cheer up by every possible way. Don't keep the thought that you are depressed in your mind,it wil only make you feel even more depressed. Try to look at the bright side of things, such as what you cherish, who you loved and things that may make you smile. Small jokes or humors always work to me. :)
