painful back.....

its been three days that i felt this back sore almost always during the afternoons.I need a great massage, thats what I badly need. So i have decided in my heart that tomorrow i will have to go home early finish work early as much as possible what ever it takes, for i will will go to the massage parlor. I will ask my friend cristy to go with me there, i know she would also love to relax and feel the pampering after the hard days work. happy mylotting to all and have a nice day....

My husband and my father have a small deviation in the back and this make them be in pain, more my husband than my father I think is because my father is 140 pounds of weight and my husband is on over weight he is 250 pounds, so I have to give him massages three or four times a week. But when we have a deviation in the back and we are have overweight can cause terrible pain in the back. I use vic vapor up, or artic ice analgesic gel for the massage. I hope this is not your case and you are just stress out.

oh, is that so? back pain shouldn't come. kindly check with your doctor so that you will get an remedy soon. take healthy food daily, do some small exercise and eat lot of vegetables.

exercise is what i do not have. I make it being busy as excuse for not being fit and now im getting the results, back pains. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Zelmarq! Maybe it's some sort of back pain that we usually get in what we do everyday specially if our work limited us to sit the whole time. But for sure, maybe you should also consider consulting a doctor if the pain does not go away after the body massage. Anyway, enjoy and relax. try to soak in warm water. Use water spray to sprayed warm water into your back. This is my way to reduce inflammation that triggers my back pain.

The worst for any back is sitting for long hours. You could do some physical therapy which is normally done lying down. This you could do early in the morning. There are several exercises but you could pick a few. I suggest you go online and look around. Massage therapy is also good but how often can you get this done for yourself?

Good rest is the best way to relax your back. Sleep in flat bed without foam. And i think you need a massage to feel more better.

Hi! :) You've mentioned it's been three days already. I hope it's nothing serious. Go get that massage and relax. I wish it will give you a long relief. Few tips, (if you would mind).:) When you're at work, always give yourself moments of stretching or something. Prolonged sitting could probably be a factor why your back sores. :) HAPPY MASSAGE..........! :)
