what is meaning of education is it merely scoring marks or obtaining degrees or something else?

I think it depends on why your attending college, as some people just go to learn and others to get a degree to get a job quickly. I had many classes that getting good marks was the most important thing about the class and sadly learning wasn't important at the time. It was important for me to get a degree, so I would be able to get paid well. My daughter was depending on me to put food on the table and a minimum wage job meant struggling to pay the bills.
If I went back to college now, then I would attend classes that learning would be the most important and a grade would be of little importance. My daughter is now an adult and no longer depends on me to support her.

not really, education is about all,and among these, life and character shaping is quite important for a student for my part.

Education is not just abt obtaining degrees, etc. It is meant to enrich one's mind and widen one's knowledge.
