Can we post PTC referral links in MyLot & request people to join?

I think this is against MyLot policy, we should not be posting the referral links here should we?

You can't do that.. it is against mylot rules.. You can put referral links on your profile like many users have done.. But in posts it is not allowed.

you cant post ref links on the main mylot site, however you can link to your blog on your profile to get refferals

No its forbiden to post links here. You can post links on your profile. Also you can send private messages if you are agree with someone to give him/her your link. If you will post links here, the entire discussion will be deleted.
