I think you should go to reviewStream for that. As long as I can remember, they have two payment system: make review and rate article.

I just finished check that site. And I think we aren't getting paid by giving rate, we are getting paid if we are receiving rate CMIIW.

i think there is no such site which pays u for rating article. u will only get website known as readbud which is a scam. cheers.

Actually, I haven't heard a legit website that pay for rate article.. And I am just wondering, what's the good reason for someone to pay people for giving rate to their articles..
