How Much Has Your Fashion Style Cost You?

No, I don't mean how much have you paid for your clothing.
Some cities have enacted a "saggy pants" ban, including the town of Albany, Georgia. Their law makes it a violation to wear pants, skirts, and shorts more than 3 inches off of the hip, baring skin and underwear. The city charges $25 for first offenses, but up to a whopping $200 for repeat offenders. Since they enacted the ban, the city has gotten over $3,900 from fining for the offense!

I guess my country can collect more money if they ever implement such ban and penalty.
But surely the clothes industry will also loss a good amount of money once it is banned here in our country.
But I like the idea...no skin and no undies showing.

My feelings exactly!!! And, frankly, the style looks ridiculous! As for that man in the stupid, obscene t-shirt...one would think that the cops could get him for indecent exposure around minors.

In some big cities there are gangs that wear these 'saggy pants' you describe. This is probably why the law was made. There is an entire code of tatoos, cloths, bandanas and such. I have seen some saggy pants that were almost grotesque looking. Almost like a clown's outfit.

I like anything that fits well as long as it's comfortable. The problem is shoes and bras. Shoes and bras are the most difficult things to wear. They have to be bought online :)

Oh, I think my fashion cost me just cents as I don't buy expensive clothes. Seriusly speaking i only dress for comfort nnd not for fashion. The money is better spend on other needs like internet bills and phone bills!

Sounds good to me - they don't actually make them stop wearing these so-called fashions, they just have to pay for the privilege. If they don't want to keep paying, they will make a few changes to what they wear in public and keep these clothes for when they are private.
