yoga benefits

I am good in structure and fit in every thing, so i never thought of doing any exercise or yoga,But one of my friend use to suggest me to go for yoga and it is very good for health and even it relaxes our mind.I even read in many papers about the exercise and its benefits. So i came to a decision to go and know whether that is really or no, and since 3 months i am going and doing yoga. It really works not only for physical maintenance even for maintaining mental stress.I suggest my friends to do. .

It really works!! I had high VLDL cholesterol. I checked the information on internet and tried doing a breathing exercise daily. After 3 months I got myself checked again. The cholesterol level went down by 27 points!

I think that if you have the discipline to be able to do yoga, then there are health benefits to it. Yoga reduces your stress levels, which obviously has proven benefits in your every day life. It makes you less likely to suffer with health conditions as it boosts your immune system, and also helps you to fight any illnesses which you might happen to get during the course of your life. Banishing all stress from your life might be the best thing that you are ever able to do, and you would do well to remember that.
