pen down the thoughts

Writing is one of the good habit i had. When ever i feel depressed or some thing bad i use to pen down what ever running on mind mind this makes me to feel free.It really works once i was in a total depressed
condition at that time i had taken a pen and a paper and started all my curses opinions finally i scratched my book after doing all these thing i was relaxed. When the next day i read the matter which was written by me the previous day, it was so funny to read it and i made me to laugh also.Guys it really works try it out

Writing is good for lots of things. The one thing that I write for besides MyLot, is I jot down some feelings when the mood strikes me, it does help to get it out even if it is on paper. I also write poetry from time to time. But, whatever I write down in a journal I never alter or delete. I keep it all.
