I put together many different kinds of Native American craftrs as I am a "carded Native American from the Cheyenne tribe. Some of the lpieces that I put together are using deer legs and putting different kinds of blade or points or even ax heads on. I have a few sharks jaws with dream catrchers woven into them. I use many different animal parts including teeth, claws rattle snake rattles ande fangs in ear rings. I try to do many different kinds of crafts that I sell as a vendor at pow wows around New England. I tell my coustomers that I use my head for more than just a hat rack. Walk in balance

I like to sketch/draw just for fun. Also, I like to do pyrography, which means "writing with fire". You burn designs and artwork into wood with a heated tool. It's like drawing, but instead of drawing on paper, you are burning it into wood.

I have done that in the past and refered to it as woodburning. I plan on doing some wood burning on gourds or other objects to make then more ornimental so that I can sell them at pow wows. I will also put some fur or other things on the base where the handle will go for a rattle. Yes gourds with their seeds dried inside of them make a rattle sound when you shake them.

Glad to hear we have something in common!
Your plans sound great! So far, I haven't done much wood burning. I plan to find some small jewelry boxes, preferably shaped like a little treasure chest, and burn different designs and things on them. And then try to sell them.
