What would you do?

I have an idea to sort of set up a daily discussion where i present a controversial situation that is designed to challenge your morals and ethics and illuminate your decision making process. Here's the first situation: your supervisor approaches you and asks for a reimbursement for expenses he incurred while entertaining a client the night before. So far, this is standard procedure, except your supervisors girlfriend enters the building a few hours later to grab lunch with your supervisor. As she waits, she and the receptionist start to gossip and she lets slip that she went out on a really expensive date the night before with the supervisor. You immediately make the connection, but nobody else in the office is aware of your supervisor's claim for a reimbursement. What do you do? Do you involve yourself or should you just pretend you didn't hear that, i mean it's not like you're the one paying for the dinner.
