Hi! friend, that's true an honest comment can help us improve. Anyway, here is a sample of my very simple recipe, i love to share with you. You need to have: 1. 1/2 kilo of marble potatoes, some call it baby potatoes because they are small. Of course it depends on how many person will eat. 2. Butter for frying 3. Oyster sauce 4. 1/4 kilo button mushrooms First you have to boil the potatoes until cooked. Then fry the potatoes in butter until all is coated with butter then put the button mushrooms. If button mushrooms are big, you have to cut it into half. Stir the mushrooms with the potatoes in butter and put oyster sauce about 2 tablespoons. Stir for few minutes and serve. I am using the canned mushrooms but if you are using fresh ones, you have to cook it longer.You can also put young corn and broccoli for variation. This is good for parties or small gatherings, just adjust the quantity if you need to prepare more. Well, good luck!

I learnt all this from my sisters and they are more perfect than me... when i was learning i was feeling things to be nice for me and i love to learn something new...
