Hello everyone...
I need you to tell me some activities to do to overcome my depression. Please I need advice so I can be happy or at least not sad all the time. I've been suffering this long time ago, but lately the problem has increased and I don't know if I can bear it.
I've been thinking in suicide, but I'm too coward to do it, so don't be scared because I won't suicide for now, but I don't like to feel like this all the time, I was going with a psychologist but I didn't felt like solving or helping the problem to solve.
So please any advice is good.

Oh dear! well for me, do something practical to relieve at least some of that depression, it is better than nothing. I sometimes experience depression every now and then but it only lasts for a bit and comes back a little later. I don't think I can bare depression every day. Try to forget memories or thoughts that cause that depression, sometimes bitter memories bring depression out of you. Try and forget and hope for a better day the next. I try to find every bit of happiness that I can but I'm very pessimistic. Also exercise, exercise allows the brain to release "happy" chemicals and you'll feel better. When I'm a little down, I exercise for about an hour with some nice music. Take a step at a time, you may need patience to relieve depression. Just keep smiling!
