Still limited

I submitted my pan my purpose code and entered the exact amount they transferd in my bank account ..but they say your account is still limited when i checked it ,,it says "my bank account is verified ,my purpose code is submitted, but my Pan card verification is still in progress from more then 2weeks..." is it normal time duration it takes , or not. I tried to contact them ,,but there is response which is like this " your accont is limited because Blah-blah-blah-blah,,!take a survey!.." WHAT TO DO ANY SUGGESTIONS PLS..! !!
