Parents of a child in a US city have been arrested after the toddler was found to be high on drugs. Officers in Atascadero city of California believe that the 18 month old boy swallowed cocaine because it had been left out where he could get it. The newspaper report says, the child was rushed to a hospital after his 20 year old mother Priscilla called up an ambulance for help. The child is now under protective custody at child welfare services. Meanwhile, the child's mother Priscilla and father Daniel Sanczez,27 have been arrested.
