How To Handle Annoying Colleagues??

i see you have been keeping cool with these guys for two years. that seemed too long for avoiding them. maybe it's time that you voice out, maybe they see you as someone who is weak. try building your outer aura as someone who is tough like defending your side through voicing out as i have said earlier then maybe with that they would not want to mess with you. if this won't work then try hitting them the way they hit you but oops! you should not stoop down their level. they are dumb. it's a good thing that your boss believes you and not them. that's what really matters. your job. always keep your cool kawan. have a nice day!

You know what, let them talk all they want. As long as you know the truth and your boss believes you, then there's no problem, really. If I were you, I'd do things to get them green with envy. Infuriate them by ignoring their immature tactics to get you down. Just do your job and forget about those people. They are not the ones who will feed you anyway. :) Heads up!

a saying goes like this, 'in every forest, there are snakes!' learning about it, i had always prepared myself against these 'snakes'. it's good to stay from them, yes. it's good to not mind them, yes. it's good to just mind your own job, yes. but it is best to make a stand when they are trying to ruin you. do not let them think that they can do anything against you. you just do not bend down on these kinds of people. they are bad, and they can get evil but show them that they cannot put a good man down. all the best for you.

You will find them everywhere - unfortunately! I try to ignore them and keep out of their path. If I have to work with them on a project I make sure to document and keep a paper trail (email trail) of all I have done and what was expected of me and of them. This way there is always proof that I did my job on time and correctly. Good luck!

Well the best way to handle annoying Colleagues are to ignore them. They just get so annoying when you entertain their annoying runts. So have fun ignoring them, don't just get piss because the first one who gets piss off is the one who lose.

why no matter what place always have some annoying people! spread bad gossip about others could only gave bad impression on other people,in addition,nothing else```we all need courage to face gossip,to this people,nothing need you do.oh!how stupid they are! shoot oneself in the foot!

I have a couple annoying co-workers. I try to handle them by just trying to avoid them all together. If that isn't possible then I try to kill them with kindness.

Those kinds of people will surely annoy you, and they will not stop until you will lose. My tip is if they will not stop even if you didn't mind them is to confront them. Let them feel like you're not the type of person who gets bullied easily. If they threaten you, tell them to talk to your lawyer, let's see what their facial expressions will look like.

For those people that annoy me I just ignore them as if they don't exist. I only talked to them when needed. It is awful when such people talk behind your back so continue to prove them wrong since they are the type of people that just wants to get you into trouble for that purpose alone as a sort of entertainment no matter how twisted that sounds.
