Ivory peppers on pizza

Normally I'd have red, green, orange, and yellow bell peppers on my pizza, but since there wasn't any at the farmers' market a few weeks ago, we just stocked up on red, green, orange, and ivory peppers and chopped them up for the freezer. It still has a nice look to them, I must admit. They had purple peppers but I didn't think purple would look good on pizza :-p
I was thinking, if I had red, green, orange, yellow, and ivory peppers on my pizza, it'll look like I have gummy bears on my pizza! hehehe

I think purple would look good on anything. I had planted a variety of bell peppers but they did not have a good summer (jalapenos and gypsy peppers did, though). It is so much fun to have the different colors of peppers. Your pizza sounds delicious.

Gypsy peppers are yellow, mildly hot, will turn red. Often pickled pepper rings for sandwiches are made from them if they are hot. The mild ones are made from banana peppers.

Hmm, that sounds delicious, except I'd have to remove the green peppers, they bother my stomach..I never heard of ivory peppers, are these a type of bell peppers?

Yeah, I looked it up and the ivory ones are hard to come by, so they are probably very expensive. I have never seen one myself, but they look good..

sounds delicious.. I wonder how the taste of those ivory peppers..I never eat something like those pizza..It's that a good choice of toppings..

Ivory peppers taste similar to yellow bell peppers. They do taste nice.

LOL I an assure you there's no gummy bears on my pizza. But just seeing the colours on my pizza, the small little bits, just reminded me of gummy bears :-p
