Ghost animals

Without wanting to go in to full details, as there's too many experiences to mention, who believes in ghost animals? I do after we had to have our other dog put down through ill health around 4 or 5 years ago. I can remember exactly when it first started but I have seen him in the house sitting in his favourite areas and even heard him walkiing across wooden flooring when our current dog was sat next to me on the sofa. The funniest thing was he heard it too as he looked at the floor and moved his head along with the sound. He then looked at me with quite a puzzled look on his little face. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences?

I've seen several animal spirits. I don't think that the next stage is any different for the soul of an animal than of our own. if there are human ghosts, why not animal ones too. I've experienced both.

You say you have seen several animal spirits, what type of animals were they? Whenever I have read anything about animal spirits it is always dog, cats, or horses. Do no other animals have spirits or do people not realise it is a spirt they are seeing? What I want to know is if any mylotters have ever seen the spirit of any other type of animal?

mostly dogs and cats. they're certainly the ones we're most likely to encounter. I suppose most animals just move on naturally, and without any inhibitions. but an animal like a dog is more likely to develop a strong bond to a place or a person. my German Shepherd still shows up regularly to look after me. other people have commented on there being "a bloody big dog" next to me when we've been in haunted places. I've seen spirit rats, domestic ones, and I've seen a photograph of what used to be a store room with a higher floor than it has now. and at the level where the floor is, there are two transparent rats, as if they're on that floor that is no longer there. so that would suggest that the wild ones too, could hang around if they want to. I suppose any animal spirit could stay around if it's appropriate for them to do so.

I'd not really considered the bond that a dog or cat has with humans. Afterall they are the most domesticated animals and, espcially with me, they do become part of the family. The picture showing the two rats sounds very interesting. A few months back I was taking some pictures in a graveyard, just random shots, in the hope that I might capture some orbs or something. What I did get in one shot was two semi transparent dogs. The odd thing is one looks like my old dog and the other one looks like my grandparents old dog. My grandparents dog has never been in the area where I live, let alone the graveyard, so I find that particularly odd. As my old dog is often around, seeing him in the photo didn't shock me at all, and it's the second photo that he has appeared on.
