Quality......?

How do you know if you have good quality up here? Is it a few lines or a short story? Is it 100 words or 500 words? Is it to start 1 discussion or 50? How many responses do you have to reply too? How many friends do you need to make? What is it?
I am still kinda new to this and need a little more input on how this works. Any advice that you can give to help me out on this site would be kind. Thanks in advance.
Also what is the numbers around my name?

Quality = relevance.
It is as much, or as little. depending on what is required to get your point across.

That's exactly it. Stick to the topic and don't rambleonand on just trying to type more lines and make your posts longer. That will only be a waste of your time.
