The stray animals

In our residential there have many many stray dogs and cats,most of them are dirty,so when them get close people often go away quickly,but sometimes there have some good guys give leftovers to this poor little guys.one day,when i ready back to work,a little puppy come a close to me,from its eyes i know it is hungry,though i am almost late but i can't bear to let this poor little guy disappointed,this puppy looks so tired and different from other stray dogs,so i bring some food to it,then i leaving with hurry,on my way to work,i had a bad mood,why the owner of dogs left them behind?why there have so many stray animals?human beings should take responsibility for it?when these little guys birth doomed stray?if give me enough place,i will keep them.i think may be the goverment should do something to them.what a pity!

In our village stray dogs are not allowed. All homeowners must keep their dogs otherwise they will be taken over by the village authorities. Now for cats, I think that is not part of the prohibition because cats are less dangerous than dogs. But I still am bothered by cats who sneak in my kitchen and steal foods. I think my neighbors do not know how to feed their cats so they resort to stealing if only to eat.

I agree with you,the cats often call out,it is very bother me,i can't bear it any more,sometimes i throw a bottle out,because it's mid night, every one is asleep.but,it have no chance to steal food from my kitchen for height reason.
